OpenGate is a Chrome browser extension that helps Amazon FBA sellers check product ungating status, scrape product data, calculate estimated profit, and manage ASIN watchlists. The extension works by interacting with your existing Amazon Seller Central session.

The extension uses Amazon's publicly accessible web interfaces to retrieve ungating and product data. Changes to Amazon's systems may affect the functionality of the Service at any time.
The optional Keepa integration requires your own Keepa API key. Your use of the Keepa API is subject to Keepa's own terms of service. We are not responsible for Keepa's availability, pricing, or data accuracy.
The Service provides information based on data retrieved from Amazon and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenGate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All code, design, branding, and content associated with OpenGate is owned by us and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for its intended purpose while your subscription is active.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
