1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the OpenGate Chrome extension or visiting opengatepro.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenGate is a Chrome browser extension that helps Amazon FBA sellers check product ungating status, scrape product data, calculate estimated profit, and manage ASIN watchlists. The extension works by interacting with your existing Amazon Seller Central session.

3. Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must have a valid Amazon Seller Central account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Amazon account
• You must use the Google Chrome browser

4. Subscription and Payment

• OpenGate requires a paid subscription of $4.99 per month
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe via ExtensionPay
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the extension — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Use the Service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or any applicable law
• Redistribute, resell, or share your subscription access with others
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Attempt to bypass the subscription paywall or payment system
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

6. Amazon Relationship

OpenGate is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Amazon", "FBA", "Seller Central", and "ASIN" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

The extension uses Amazon's publicly accessible web interfaces to retrieve ungating and product data. Changes to Amazon's systems may affect the functionality of the Service at any time.

7. Keepa Integration

The optional Keepa integration requires your own Keepa API key. Your use of the Keepa API is subject to Keepa's own terms of service. We are not responsible for Keepa's availability, pricing, or data accuracy.

8. Data Accuracy

The Service provides information based on data retrieved from Amazon and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed, including but not limited to:

• Ungating status — results may change at any time at Amazon's discretion
• Product pricing and sales rank
• FBA fee estimates and profit calculations
• Monthly sales estimates

You are solely responsible for verifying any information before making sourcing or business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenGate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content associated with OpenGate is owned by us and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for its intended purpose while your subscription is active.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your subscription.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
